I'M SOUL ATL
is a fast-growing restaurant looking for motivated kitchen team members who want to grow with us long-term.
We are hiring for:
Line Cooks Prep Cooks Kitchen Team Members Future Kitchen Leads / Managers This is a kitchen-only position . We are not a traditional sit-down restaurant — our focus is high-quality food, consistency, catering, and delivery operations.
Responsibilities:
Cooking and preparing menu items Frying chicken/fish Preparing sides and proteins Following recipes and portion standards Keeping the kitchen clean and organized Working efficiently during busy periods Applicants with current or recent experience at restaurants, fast-paced kitchens, or established food brands will receive priority consideration and may qualify for higher starting pay based on experience.
Experience with:
High-volume restaurants Food safety procedures Kitchen organization Leadership/training roles is a plus.
Pay:
$15-$20+ per hour based on experience, skill level, and growth potential We are looking for reliable people who take pride in food, show up on time, and want an opportunity to grow with a fast-growing Atlanta food brand. Send your resume and previous kitchen experience when applying.
