Kitchen Care Team Members play a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting the overall success of the team. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to ensure a clean work environment. Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and the kitchen overall. Sort and stack dishes, pots, and pans to facilitate efficient cleaning. Assist with food preparation as needed during rush hours and slow periods. Alert the kitchen staff of any damaged or broken items that require attention. Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures. Support the overall team by helping wherever needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude. Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
