Spanish speakers are welcome. The Sparrow is hiring Kitchen Team Members for our Downtown Atlanta location inside CTR Food Works. We are looking for reliable team members to help prepare simple menu items, steam dumplings, cook noodles, assist with food preparation, and support daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

Steam dumplings and prepare simple menu items Cook noodles and other menu items according to company standards Assist with vegetable preparation and ingredient prep Slice and prepare ingredients as directed Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support team members during busy service periods Assist with daily kitchen setup and closing duties

Qualifications:

Restaurant experience is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and follow procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies when needed
