Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy at all times Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, preparing ingredients, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food prep Support overall restaurant operations by managing time effectively during busy periods and contributing to a positive team environment Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in food preparation, serving, cashiering, or working in a café or grocery store is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering excellent service!
