We are looking for experienced professionals wishing to grow their career in the hospitality industry on our team. At our Canton location we are hiring a Pizzaiolo whose personality and character is well suited to our mission of Campania. We are looking for experienced pizza makers to join our great team. If you are not yet a pizza maker but eager to learn, we will teach experienced cooks the famous art of authentic Neapolitan pizza. We offer full health benefits to all full-time staff. Summary of Position:

Accurately and efficiently prepares pizzas and other menu items as well as prepare and portion meats, cheeses, and other food products prior to and during cooking.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of Authentic Neapolitan pizzas and cook in a wood burning oven.
• Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
• Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, refrigerator and equipment.
• Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly.
• Maintains firewood and oven temperature.
• Prepares dough on daily basis.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo or experienced cooks in a full-service restaurant is preferred -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff members Our Pizzaiolo earn $16-20/hour depending upon previous experience and availability and Campania offers full healthcare benefits to all full-time employees.
