Food Expediter (Back of House Team)

Join Our L&L Hawaiian BBQ 'Ohana as a Food Expediter (Back of House Team) Bring the Aloha spirit to every plate and help create memorable dining experiences while growing your culinary skills! We're looking for a team player with positive energy and a heart for service to help keep the kitchen running smoothly and support both prep and service teams.

What You'll Do:

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of kitchen staff Coordinate orders between the kitchen and service counter Ensure food presentation meets our quality standards Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, and ensure timely service Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen Buss tables and assist with guest service as needed Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns Communicate clearly with cooks, servers, and team members to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Basic knowledge of food safety and handling practices Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment A passion for food and creating great guest experiences Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and various shifts If you've got an eye for detail and a love for teamwork, we'd love to welcome you to our L&L 'Ohana.
