Team members work in a fast-paced environment and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare fried chicken, tenders, biscuits, and side dishes according to company recipes Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers and food warmers Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep stations, and storage areas Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Stock and organize ingredients and supplies Assist customers with orders when needed Work efficiently during busy meal periods Monitor food quality and freshness Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas clean Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous fast food or kitchen experience is a plus Ability to stand for long periods and lift supplies Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Skills Food preparation Customer service Time management Teamwork Cleaning and sanitation Attention to detail Work Environment Fast-paced kitchen environment Exposure to heat, grease, and cooking equipment Standing for extended periods
