This role is for high school students who want to work hard and be part of a high-performance kitchen team. You will work after school and on weekends in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment where speed, precision, and consistency matter every shift. This is not an easy job. It requires focus, effort, and accountability. Position Type Part-Time (After School & Weekend Shifts) Availability Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Available at least 2-3 weekdays (afternoon/evening shifts) Available to work Saturdays Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant What You'll Do Prepare and assemble food quickly and accurately Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards Operate in multiple kitchen stations during high-volume periods Keep your station stocked, organized, and efficient Work with urgency to keep the kitchen flowing at all times Communicate clearly with team members to prevent slowdowns Follow all Chick-fil-A procedures and standards What It Takes to Succeed You move with urgency and stay focused You handle pressure without slowing down You pay attention to details (food quality, safety, cleanliness) You take pride in doing things the right way every time You are dependable and show up ready to work You respond well to coaching and correction You work hard even when it's busy and uncomfortable This is NOT for You If You want a slow-paced or easy job You cut corners on cleanliness or food safety You struggle to stay focused during busy shifts You avoid accountability or feedback You are not willing to work nights or weekends What You Get Closed Sundays Flexible scheduling around school and activities Structured training and clear expectations Direct coaching from leadership Opportunities for growth and advancement Scholarship opportunities Competitive pay Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Our Commitment If you show up, work hard, and take ownership, this role can turn into leadership opportunities.
