FRIENDS, English optional, Spanish
REQUIRED.
Kitchen staff members are responsible for preparing and cooking food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality. Duties include following recipes, portioning ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, and ensuring food is cooked and presented properly. In addition to technical skills, the role requires professionalism, respect for coworkers and customers, clear communication, and a strong work ethic. Successful kitchen staff contribute to a positive workplace by staying organized, supporting teammates during busy periods, and consistently demonstrating reliability and respect in all interactions.
