Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within our restaurant, including food preparation, sanitation, and assisting customers with their needs. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate the PAR POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and freshness. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable. Familiarity with food service environments is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures. Ability to operate point-of-sale systems, particularly PAR POS, is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in quick service fast food restaurants or cafés is beneficial but not required.
