Job Description

Who we are: Rise Southern Biscuits and Righteous Chicken was founded in Durham, NC, in 2012 with the simple dream of serving amazing food at affordable prices made with premium ingredients by people who care. Since then, we have expanded nationwide and are still growing. We take pride in not being your typical Breakfast and Lunch spot!
Base Pay:
$12/hour, with tips included you will receive $14 - $18 hour!
Key responsibilities:
Prepare all food fresh to order and maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure high safety and sanitation standards. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly engaging with guests and addressing any concerns or requests. Collaborate with management and other team members to ensure effective operations. Learn guidelines, policies, and procedures applicable to the position. Be able to work both independently and within a small team, multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Provide excellent customer service skills and maintain a sense of urgency. Most of all, HAVE FUN.
Qualifications:
Preferred but not required: experience in a kitchen environment Must be 18 or older
Working Conditions:
Occasionally must be able to lift 30+ pounds. Part-time and Full-time positions available! Must be available to work weekends and holidays. The position require early mornings, but you will be off early! We are only open until 2 pm and off by 3 pm. No one works Thanksgiving and Christmas at Rise! We value your time!
