They operate in a fast-paced environment, frequently rotating between cooking, maintenance, and restocking. Shifts are covered alone, so the ability to manage one's time and attention is paramount.

Core Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking:

Prepare, batter, fry, and hold menu items to company quality standards and specific brand recipes.

Customer Service:

Greet guests, take and prepare orders, and answer menu questions. (No register duties)

Sanitation & Cleanliness:

follow guidelines, clean food preparation areas, wash dishes, and maintain a spotless service counter.

Inventory & Stocking:

Receive deliveries, rotate stock, and ensure display warmers are adequately filled during rush periods.

Physical Requirements Lifting:

Must frequently lift and carry 20 to 50 lbs

Mobility:

Continuous standing, walking, bending, squatting, and reaching for the duration of a shift.

Environment:

Capability to work in high-temperature environments near fryers and handle sharp objects.

Qualifications Experience:

Prior fast-food or quick-service kitchen experience is preferred.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, a positive attitude, comfort level with broad demographic base.
