Core ResponsibilitiesLead BOH Operations:
Own the daily execution of the kitchen, from opening prep lines to closing sanitation checks.
Team Development:
Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule a rock-solid kitchen crew using our group's hiring frameworks.
Quality & Consistency Control:
Ensure every single dish that leaves the pass meets our elevated standards for presentation and flavor.
P&L Management:
Proactively manage inventory, food waste, ordering procedures, and labor costs to keep the kitchen highly efficient and profitable.
Collaborative Execution:
Work hand-in-hand with Front-of-House management and our executive group to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of proven Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef experience (high-volume restaurant experience is a major plus).
Leadership Style:
Hands-on. You are ready to jump on the line and hustle alongside your team when service demands it.
Sanitation Mindset:
Strict adherence to, and enforcement of, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Communication:
