!!! Big Time Bagels is looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to help with bagel production, kitchen prep, and cleanup for our growing farmers market and wholesale business. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently. Schedule Must be available for all scheduled shifts: Every Thursday | 7:30 AM- 3:30 PM Mix dough Hand-roll approximately 900 bagels Prepare cream cheeses and other ingredients Organize and stock refrigerators Clean and reset kitchen for production Every Other Tuesday | 7:30 AM
- 3:30 PM Mix dough Hand-roll approximately 500 bagels for wholesale clients Kitchen cleanup and organization Every Saturday | 5:00 AM
- 7:00 AM Help load vehicle for farmers market Organize supplies and inventory Thoroughly clean and reset kitchen Every Sunday | 5:00 AM
- 7:00 AM Help load vehicle for farmers market Organize supplies and inventory Thoroughly clean and reset kitchen Compensation Approximately $25/hour, depending on experience and fit What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Is dependable and consistently shows up on time Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done without constant direction Learns quickly and remembers processes after being shown Works efficiently and maintains a clean, organized workspace Is comfortable working independently Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a small business Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to repeatedly roll bagels by hand throughout the day Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, dough bins, coolers, and supplies Ability to perform repetitive kitchen tasks in a fast-paced environment About the Role We're a small business, so every team member plays an important role.
