Kitchen Production (Morning Shift | Full-Time+ Benefits)

Job Description :

This is a full-time kitchen production role in a structured, systems-driven environment. This is not a chaotic kitchen. We operate with clear processes, organization, and consistency. This role is a good fit for someone who works independently, follows systems without shortcuts, and takes ownership of their work.

What You'll Do:

Produce gelato using established recipes and systems Prepare mix-ins, sauces, and components Follow daily production lists and checklists Maintain a clean, organized workspace

Pay Full-time:

30-40 hours/week Morning shifts (7:00-3:00 or 8:00-4:00) $22-25/hr depending on experience and consistency Full-time includes top-quality healthcare benefits (~$500/month value)
