The Expediter plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow between the kitchen and the servers. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Coordinate and expedite the flow of orders between the kitchen and servers. Communicate with team members of any delays or issues. Track orders to ensure timely delivery to guests. Assist in troubleshooting any timing challenges that may arise during the production process. Collaborate with management to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure.
