Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Back of House Culinary Team Member and bring your passion for food and service into a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing and delivering high-quality meals that create great guest experiences. From food prep to maintaining kitchen standards, your attention to detail and work ethic will directly impact the success of each shift. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside a team that takes pride in what they do. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking to ensure timely, high-quality service Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen Prepare and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation guidelines Keep stations stocked, organized, and ready for service Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils throughout the shift Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations Assist with catering or large orders, including prep, setup, and execution Qualifications Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required Basic knife skills and understanding of food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and development A fast-paced, team-driven work environment Hands-on experience to build your culinary skills Please txt : Devin Smith for interview. 619-919-3708
