Your energy and passion for food service will shine as you ensure that every dish is beautifully presented and delivered promptly. You'll be the bridge between the kitchen and the dining area, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring that our guests receive an unforgettable culinary experience. Join us in creating memorable moments through exceptional hospitality! What you'll do Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation. Manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring each dish meets our high standards. Assist in food handling and preparation, adhering strictly to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station, ensuring all tools and equipment are ready for use. Communicate effectively with servers to relay any special requests or modifications from guests. Support bussing duties by helping clear tables and reset for new guests as needed. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service efficiency during peak hours. Basic qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is essential. Strong communication skills to facilitate smooth interactions between team members. Preferred qualifications Experience in banquet service or large-scale food events is a plus. Culinary experience or formal training in food service is highly desirable. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
