Job Summary Join our vibrant seasonal team as a Food Truck Team Member and be a vital part of delivering delicious, high-quality food to our customers! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinarily skills, provide outstanding customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a key player in our operation, you'll engage with guests, prepare food with precision, and ensure every customer leaves happy and eager to return. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable dining experiences on the go! Duties Prepare and assemble food orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS system, taking orders, processing payments, and receipts Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change and totals Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck workspace, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Assist with food handling, including serving, and managing food storage to ensure freshness and safety Support the team in food preparation tasks, kitchen operations, and quick service during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred; experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Square is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in a café or retail setting involving serving or cashiering roles is beneficial Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed Join us as a Food Truck Team Member where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
