Full Job Description Mixer:

Take products that have been weighed and add them to our large mixing bowl. You are in charge of reading a recipes of what steps you add ingredients. You will be in charge of watching the time for adding ingredients. This position is great for someone in or getting out of culinary arts school. Time for this shift is Monday--Friday 5:00am--1:30pm, with 1 hour break. Must be able to work the 40 hours a week. Will pay more money if you have experience using large scale mixers or mixing desserts.

Weigher/Scalier:

Read recipes and use a scale to portion off each ingredient. Will have to lift ingredients that could weigh up to 55lbs. Must be good with math and able to read recipes. Will be in charge of documenting all products weighed out. Will be working in teams to produce each mix. Time for this shift is Monday--Friday 5:00am--1:30pm, with 1 hour break. Must be able to work the 40 hours a week. Will pay more money if you have experience in bakery settings and or weighing experience.
