In this dynamic role, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the front of house, ensuring that all food items are prepared, presented, and delivered with precision and flair. Duties Coordinate between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate food delivery Prepare and organize food items for service, including garnishing and plating according to standards Assist with food handling, ensuring all safety and sanitation protocols are followed diligently Support kitchen operations by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Communicate effectively with team members to manage order flow and resolve any service issues promptly Help with food preparation tasks such as portioning ingredients or assembling menu items Ensure all food presentation meets quality standards and maintains visual appeal Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety procedures is essential Experience with banquet service or catering is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests effectively Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting Basic culinary skills including cooking, serving, and food presentation techniques Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is advantageous Commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction Embark on a rewarding journey in the culinary world where your dedication makes a difference!
