• Kenilworth, IL Great Coast Commons is hiring a strong Lead Line Cook ready to take on leadership responsibility and help run the kitchen every shift. This role is for someone who already steps in, takes responsibility, and helps the kitchen run the right way
• without being asked. We have strong culinary leadership in place. This role supports that by helping lead the team, keeping the kitchen organized, and making sure nothing slips during service. You will report to ownership and work closely with our chef every day. What You Will Do Lead the team during service Work the line while keeping the kitchen organized and moving Communicate clearly

• you understand how a kitchen actually runs Experience as a lead line cook, supervisor, or similar role Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Able to be in Kenilworth by 3pm daily (2pm Fri/Sat) Growth Clear path into a kitchen management role for the right person.

What This Role Is Not Not a head chef position Not an office role You will be in the kitchen, leading during service. Compensation & Benefits $26
