This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating or ordering Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, whether at the counter or table Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and courteously Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up or cleaning the restaurant Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests Support team members during busy periods to ensure excellent service delivery Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and strong work ethic Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if needed Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment Must be at least 18 years old or older to comply with health regulations Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences while developing your skills in the hospitality industry!
