Part-time or Full-time Job Summary:
A Freddy's Crew Member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This position involves food preparation, taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Grill Operation:
Prepare and cook steakburgers, hot dogs, and other menu items according to Freddy's standards. Monitor grill and fryer temperatures to ensure proper cooking.
Food Quality & Presentation:
Ensure all food is prepared fresh and presented properly. Follow portion control guidelines to reduce waste and maintain consistency.
Kitchen Cleanliness & Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Perform routine cleaning tasks (grill, fryers, surfaces, etc.).
Team Support:
Communicate with team members and help where needed to keep service fast and smooth. Restock ingredients and supplies during and after shifts.
Speed & Accuracy:
Work efficiently during high-volume periods while keeping quality high. Double-check orders for accuracy before they leave the kitchen.
Qualifications & Skills:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and follow company procedures. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay Starting $15.00 / or based on experience Flexible scheduling options. Employee discounts on meals. Opportunities for advancement within the company.
