Job Overview :

This is an exciting opportunity to join the new Cafe Link team. This role will be a guest-facing position where you allow your hospitality to shine. Individuals should expect light prep work, following recipes, as well as engaging our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set-up and stock stations with all tools, products, and supplies necessary to prepare menu items with the team on the line. 2. Stocking of items for service 3. Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in line with ServSafe guidelines while cleaning tables throughout service times. 4. Ability to operate a cash register effectively 5. Experience with Toast POS is preferred

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cook or line cook in a restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy pots and pans. Tolerance for exposure to heat, steam, and kitchen equipment.
