We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking PREP to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping maintain the quality, consistency, and experience that Hotboys is known for. The ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, and able to maintain cleanliness, consistency, and efficiency throughout shifts.

Job Duties:

Prepare ingredients for daily kitchen operations, including washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing food items Assist with marinating, breading, and preparing proteins and other menu ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools as needed Monitor inventory levels and restock kitchen supplies when necessary Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Assist kitchen staff during busy service periods when needed Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 years of kitchen experience (cook/food prep) Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to multitask and stay organized

Job Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds Comfortable performing repetitive kitchen prep tasks using knives, kitchen tools, and equipment Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout shifts

Pay:

$13 - $18 Per Hour +
