Kitchen Crew Mount Vernon, IN Job Details Part-time | Full-time $12 - $15 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Food handling Maintaining an organized workspace Inventory control Floor cleaning Dishwashing Sanitation Unloading Food preparation Mopping Clean workspace maintenance Entry level Kitchen organization Full Job Description Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations. Washing, chopping, shredding, all prep items daily for kitchen use. Sweeping and mopping floors; keeping all areas of the kitchen organized and clean, as required. Assisting with the unloading of deliveries. Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations. Assisting with the monitoring of inventory and food items Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the Kitchen Manager.
