Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently and accurately according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS system to process orders, payments, and handle cash transactions with precision Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling equipment in compliance with health regulations Assist with food safety practices including proper food handling, storage, and waste management Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains organized and welcoming Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous Background in quick service or fast-food restaurants is a plus, demonstrating ability to thrive in high-energy environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail environment is beneficial for understanding fast-paced operations Join us today and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable experiences through excellent food service!
