Team Member (A&W)

Job Summary :

An A&W Team Member provides friendly, fast, and accurate service while preparing quality food and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service :

Greet guests warmly and take orders with a positive attitude Ensure guests receive correct, high-quality orders promptly Handle cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using a POS system Address customer questions or concerns professionally

Food Preparation :

Cook and assemble food orders following A&W recipes and standards Prepare beverages including root beer floats and soft drinks Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures

Cleanliness & Maintenance :

Maintain a clean work environment in kitchen, dining, and restroom areas Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned

Teamwork :
