Responsibilities Hand make pizza dough for amazing pizza at an amazing price Prepare high-quality pizza and other food items according to company recipes and standards, ensuring freshness and presentation. Operate POS systems such accurately for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations, including bussing tables and food handling. Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service and minimize wait times for guests. Assist with food safety procedures, proper food storage, and adherence to sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Support team members with food preparation, cashiering, and other restaurant duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or retail food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and positive approach. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Experience with making dough and serving customers, or working in a café or grocery store environment is advantageous.
