Responsibilities:

Expedite Orders:

Work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure food orders are prepared and delivered efficiently and accurately.

Quality Assurance:

Check each dish for accuracy, presentation, and overall quality before it reaches the customer, upholding the restaurant's standards.

Order Accuracy:

Confirm that every order matches the guest's request, including special instructions, dietary needs, and allergy considerations.

Timing Management:

Coordinate food delivery so all items in an order arrive together and at the proper temperature.

Communication:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders regarding any changes or issues. Attention to

Detail:

Ensure all dishes are plated and garnished according to restaurant guidelines, enhancing visual appeal.

Efficiency:

Keep pace with a high volume of orders while staying organized and composed under pressure.

Adaptability:

Assist with additional tasks as needed to support smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.

Cleanliness:

Keep the expo area clean and organized, following all safety and sanitation standards.

Team Collaboration:

Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and work cooperatively with all staff members.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role (food expo, line cook, or kitchen support) is preferred but not required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. Strong multitasking abilities and composure under pressure. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to food quality and presentation. Strong communication skills for coordinating between kitchen and front-of-house teams. Flexibility to adjust priorities and assist where needed. Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset.
