Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area is inviting and sanitary Follow food handling procedures to ensure food safety and proper sanitation at all times Assist with food delivery from kitchen to customers promptly, supporting overall restaurant flow Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions and provide correct change Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a quick service or fast-food restaurant setting Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us today and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering great food and exceptional service!
