• Full-time Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Crew Members to join our dynamic team.

Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or the food industry is a plus but not required. This position is full time with upward mobility (promotions) available on a quick timeline. Part time also available.

This job will be at the west side location located at 3220 N Maize Rd, Wichita, KS 67205. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and food safety practices Assist with food safety procedures, proper food handling, and sanitation protocols Support kitchen operations by assisting with food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring quick service delivery Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Skills Experience or familiarity with food preparation and food safety standards Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance sales performance Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and proper kitchen procedures Previous restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Basic understanding of retail math and cash handling procedures This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry who thrive in energetic environments focused on delivering excellent guest experiences.
