Responsibilities:
- Prepare of signiture food items such as pimento cheese, beer cheese and additional spreads
- Slice meats and cheeses via operation of meat slicer in support of sandwich production
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen area
- Clean and sanitize workstations, dishes, and equipment regularly
Skills:
- Math skills, including the ability to perform basic calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate food preparation
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Ability to stand for hours at a time
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
