Position Overview:

Culinary Prep Team Member (full-time) Are you passionate about healthy food and eager to grow your skills in a hands-on culinary environment? Join our Food Service Team at our Brownsboro Road location! This full-time role (up to 40 hours per week) allows you to help prep nutritious, high-quality meals while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team. You'll report directly to the Store Director.

What You'll Do:

Prepare food items following standardized recipes to ensure quality and consistency Maintain top-notch food safety, storage, and labeling standards Keep prep and storage areas clean, organized, and sanitary Demonstrate strong knife skills and safe use of kitchen equipment, including juicing machinery Track and manage waste accurately Work efficiently to meet prep schedules while collaborating with your team Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment

Requirements:

1+ years of food service experience Ability to obtain a Food Safety Certification within 90 days of hire Flexible availability, days, some weekends, holidays. Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:
