Duties Prepare and serve a variety of food items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Operate POS systems such as Par Brink POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food prep tasks including assembling orders, bussing tables, and restocking supplies as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times Support team members in various roles including cashiering, food handling, and basic kitchen duties to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Prior experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of food preparation techniques and familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous restaurant experience or work in the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Join us today and bring your energy to a role that's all about creating memorable moments for our guests!
