Looking for an experienced kitchen prep with experience and ready to work immediately. Please do not apply if you previously worked in the position here!!! Responsibilities Assist in preparing food items according to established recipes and standards. Daily chopping, cutting, and cleaning of meat and vegetables. Utilize kitchen equipment and tools, including knives, safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality. Proper packaging, storing and thawing of food daily. Support cooks and chefs with various tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth kitchen operation. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role within the restaurant or culinary field is preferred but is required. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation.
