Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stacked and Tossed Team Member and become the heart of a vibrant food service environment! In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences through friendly service, efficient food handling, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant. Whether you're preparing delicious salad and sandwiches, managing sales at the register, or ensuring food safety standards are met, your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable moments for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the food industry while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision. Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly. Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction through friendly recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and following food safety protocols. Assist with food handling duties including stocking supplies, organizing inventory, and supporting kitchen operations. Support team members during busy periods by managing quick service demands and ensuring smooth restaurant flow. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is advantageous. Experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants helps in understanding high-paced customer needs. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy are important. A background in retail or grocery store environments can provide valuable transferable skills for this role.
