Job Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member, where your energy and passion for food will help create memorable dining experiences. In this role, you will be an essential part of our fast-paced kitchen environment, supporting food preparation, cooking, and overall kitchen operations. Your dedication to food safety, excellent customer service, and teamwork will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and organizing ingredients according to recipes and standards Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation standards Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and hygiene practices Support front-of-house staff with serving guests during busy periods and ensuring timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing work surfaces Operate POS systems such as Toast for order processing and transactions Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours and special events like banquets Skills Proven experience in food service, food handling, or restaurant environments with a focus on hospitality excellence Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices Experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment usage Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order management Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and serve guests warmly Previous banquet or hotel kitchen experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in diverse culinary settings Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest services through passionate culinary craftsmanship.
