Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Back of House Team Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assisting with food assembly, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure smooth meal preparation and uphold our high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients to support kitchen operations Support meal assembly and plating to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and storage spaces Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs Support catering events by preparing food items and assisting with setup and breakdown as needed Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration Qualifications Previous experience in the kitchen is preferred but not required Experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is highly valued Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures Experience including, food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills Familiarity with meal preparation for large groups or catering events is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary expertise while supporting a vibrant dining environment.
