• -Front crew
• Greet Customer with positive energy Taking customers food orders Pack To-Go orders for customers Assemble both signature and customizable bowls Ensuring front of the house is clean and presentable at all times Ensuring clean work area and well stocked at all time Other duties as assigned by management in support of the business
• Back Of The House
• Prepping all food items including cutting fish to company standards Cooking and ensuring quality of rices throughout entire shift Ensuring fridges are fully stocked Washing any dishes created while prepping Completing kitchen maintenance and cleaning tasks Support teammates to ensure smooth operations Put deliveries away Washing line dishes (Night shift) Other duties as assigned by management in support of the business SKILLS Must be able to stand for extended periods Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment Ability to multi-task Fast learner Willing to work a flexible schedule Flexible SchedulingFree meals or discounts during shifts.
