Bon Me is looking to hire for our new restaurant location at 222 Jacobs Street in Cambridge, as well as for other locations in Cambridge and Boston. Customer Service Crew Members are super friendly people that enjoy working in a multilingual environment with peers who are English language learners and English speaking customers. Customer Service Crew Member is an entry level position with a focus on providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting technology while providing support for the food service team and learning how to make our delicious food.

Customer Service Crew Member Responsibilities:

Greet guests, take orders, help guests with ordering through tablets Answer any questions about orders in person and on the phone Keep the front of house sparkling clean and organized Support the kitchen and food teams Learn, make and prepare food. Where does the Crew Member fit in @ Bon Me? The Crew Member position is the entry-level role many of our current leaders started at. Shifts can be as short as a three-hour lunch rush to a full eight hours based on location needs. Once you find your location, you will be part of a team that will help you learn and grow within our company! Crew Members work with their Managers and Assistant Managers regarding training and long term development. Crew Members are hired on a provisional basis with a one month training period. Requirements for this role Interest in Asian food, food service and hospitality Teaching culture: enjoys learning about asian food and restaurants and a desire to grow, learn and engage Service culture: helpful to peers and helpful to customers Constant improvement: enjoys the process of growing and improving upon one's work Good jobs: enjoys working in a community that gives opportunities for people to grow within their company The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, repeated walking, bending, and the ability to lift 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. What's the Pay? Base wage of $15/hr starting pay, plus tips (Tips are expected to average $3-7/hour). Employees who are invited to stay at the company after initial provisional employment period receive a raise to $16/hr.
