Country Club Culinary Staff

Nashawtuc Country Club is looking for full-time or part-time Kitchen Staff for our 2026 season. We are looking for passionate candidates with or without culinary experience who are willing to learn and grow their craft. We offer a hospitable, professional style of dining to a private membership, as well as numerous events throughout the season, from small cocktail parties to large corporate events and weddings. The Grill Room boasts a rotating menu that is curated with seasonal ingredients, and reflects homemade pastas & breads, butchery, raw bar, high quality proteins, and weekly specials. Previous experience in a corporate, fine dining, or high end restaurant kitchen is ideal but not necessary. We have a high standard in execution and member satisfaction, and are confident that we can raise your standards to meet ours. Responsibilities Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menus that meet dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Utilize knife skills and culinary techniques to enhance meal presentation and flavor.
