1110 gould street, Needham Heights, MA 02494 Bakery Prep Assistant Job Rôle: To join and engage in Le Petit Four expansion, we are searching an Bakery Prep Assistant to join our team in our Factory in Needham .In this role, you will learn from some of the best pastry chef and amazing bakers, it is hard work but it is highly rewarding. You will be doing creams, almond croissants, cookies and finishing and baking the pastries for the bakery. Keeping track of inventory. Work under the Head Pastry Chef, follow his recipe. Participate in the creation of the seasonal menu. Be clean, be able to work independently, have a clean workspace and station, a great attention to detail, always going the extra mile and working with QUALITY! Quality is all that matters. The ideal candidate will not only learn new skills with the french "savoir faire" but will also participate in the growth of the company. If that sounds like you, we would love to meet you!

Schedule:

Weekend availability is a must. Shifts range from early morning to early afternoon start times

Requirements:

Weekend availability required Must be able to lift 50 lbs References Required (ServSafe Certification knowledge is a plus!)
