As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment, dining areas, and restrooms. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment for guests. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Experience in food preparation and handling within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Previous experience in the restaurant or café industry is a plus.
