Looking for Dynamic FOH & BOH staff to Join our Sea Bird Cantina & Paesans Pizzeria Team

Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) staff to join our vibrant Sea Bird Cantina & Paesans Pizzeria team. We are a fast paced Tex-Mex and NY Style Pizza restaurant serving up delicious food and amazing margaritas and cocktails. There are 125 seats for the interior dining room and exterior patio and an additional 150 seats at the outdoor "Yard" with it's own bar and VIP lounge. We have entertainment available inside and out. We are located 1 mile from Marconi Beach (National Seashore). This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, whether through attentive service or culinary excellence. FOH Positions Available Hosts Bussers Takeout Servers Bartenders BOH Positions Available Dishwasher Prep Line Chef Pizza Chef Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a memorable dining experience Prepare and serve food with precision, adhering to food safety standards and restaurant protocols Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Support catering events by setting up, serving, and ensuring timely delivery of meals Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of guests and staff Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures Skills in culinary techniques including knife skills, meal preparation, and cooking methods Experience with dietary departments or dietary aide roles is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and guest interaction Knowledge of menu execution, food industry standards, and catering operations is beneficial Join our team to bring energy, passion, and professionalism to every shift!
