Westborough, MA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications Outdoor work Full Job Description Position Summary The Food Truck Team Member is responsible for delivering Chick-fil-A quality food and genuine hospitality in a mobile, fast-paced environment. This role supports food preparation, service, truck setup/teardown, cleanliness, and guest experience at off-site locations and events.
Schedule:
Flexible; includes mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Essential Job Functions (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.) Set up, operate, and close the food truck at various locations and events Prepare, assemble, and serve menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately Maintain food safety, sanitation, and temperature controls Stock, organize, and clean the truck and workstations Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to guests Follow all safety, transportation, and company policies Assist with loading/unloading supplies and equipment Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Physical & Work Environment Requirements (ADA Compliant) Stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation Work in hot, cold, outdoor, and fast-paced environments Bend, reach, and move in tight spaces Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles) Reliable transportation to scheduled food truck locations Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and events No prior experience required — paid training provided Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay within the range listed above (MA Pay Transparency Compliant) Paid training Free meals during shifts Flexible scheduling Scholarship opportunities (where applicable) Growth opportunities within Chick-fil-A Closed on Sunday Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Chick-fil-A Westborough is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
