Kitchen Team Member (Back of House)

Position Summary The Chick-fil-A Kitchen Team Member (Back of House) is responsible for preparing and assembling food products that meet Chick-fil-A quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. This role works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional food and guest experience.

Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Essential Job Functions The following are essential job duties.
