Food Truck Team Member Jimmy's Seafood Inc - 4.0 Baltimore, MD Job Details Full-time $15 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance Vision insurance Employee discount Paid sick time Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Responsibilities Act as ambassador of Jimmy's Famous Seafood; serve as first point of contact for food truck customers and potential guests Have flexibility for travel to/from events when necessary Take food and beverage orders, input orders into POS system ensuring accuracy Handle cash and credit transactions; account for all receivables including cash, credit cards, coupons, and gift cards Ensure packaged food and beverage orders contain condiments and appropriate items Assist with setup/tear down including food prep, inventory, cleaning, and other duties Practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times Ready truck for Inspection required by all applicable laws, statutes and regulations Adhere to quality standards and restaurant rules and procedures Actively participates in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available About You Ability to work varied hours/days and to start shift at early hours (Including weekends and holidays) Highly Motivated & Goal Driven Confidence, Enthusiasm, Passion to Win Excellent teamwork and customer service skills Strong verbal communication and listening skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Prioritization and time management skills Ability to multitask well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Education and Experience Experience in Food Truck position or restaurant/customer service environment preferred High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Valid drivers license preferred Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
