Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service. You will be responsible for food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while adhering to cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Brandstanrds are required to follow. Always has to be in uniform. Skills Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and interpersonal interactions. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions. Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is beneficial. Understanding of sanitation practices within a kitchen setting is essential.
